Log in to Brightspace
Click the gear (settings) icon
Under Organization Related, click Org Unit Editor
Click New Create Org Unit
In the Type box select Semester
In the Name box enter a description for the semester such as Fall 2020
In the Code box enter the semester code from Campus Cafe (e.g. 202110)
In the Parent ID enter the Brightspace parent (typically 6606)
Click Create
