It is highly recommended that, when conducting this portion of the DocuSign integration process, the user

  1. Utilize a browser OTHER than the one regularly used (ex. if Chrome is the normal browser, use FireFox/Safari/Edge), AND

  2. Utilize the incognito/private browsing mode to avoid conflicts with cookies and active tokens.
