Campus Cafe, by request, will provide a copy of the database to your institutions. Customers may write their own SSRS reports and run them against a daily export of the database or request that Campus Cafe install them in base reports.

When the link to the base reports has been added to Faculty/Staff, the CUSTOM_FAC_LINK permission controls the links appearance in the menu for users.
