  • The target ID salutation, name, nick name, marital status, birth date, death date, deceased code, Social Security Number and race take precedence over the source ID name.

  • Admissions counselor assignments remain unchanged. Prospects are assigned to STParms, not directly to users. Refer to admissions counselor documentation

Merge two accounts

This process doesn’t merge students with multiple financial aid ISIR revisions. Instead, go to F/A Packaging and delete the duplicate ISIR packaging records from one of the accounts. Then merge the accounts.

  1. Go to Admin > Merge Person or Organization.

  2. Select the Batch Merge tab.

  3. Click Browse and select your spreadsheet.

  4. Click Submit. The results appear.

Create and Update SYUSER Records

This process will create an SYUSER record for anyone who is in the system but does not yet have one. This includes applicants, students, faculty member, and others. The SYUSER record can have a username based on many different formats. The password is also created and can be formatted in many different ways. The group is also assigned.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Mass User Creation

  2. Click Submit to run process

  3. Screen will update when process is complete
