Holding Table Records cannot be inserted if the holding table’s SSN value exists for another user. The system will display a message: User with ID Number ### already exists with this SSN. Action Canceled. In the case of a true duplicate SSN, the accounts should be merged, as they are the same user. If the existing user and the new submission both entered a fake string of characters (999999999 or 123456789, for example), change the existing user’s SSN value, since it is not a real value by going to their profile page, clicking the Person Selected menu, and selecting “Bios”. |
