You may wish to assign a cohort of students to a specific advisor or change a cohort’s advisor. For example, perhaps Professor Swift Smith retires to pursue a career in music and Professor Cyrus Thomas takes over her their advisees.
Go to Filters > Students.
Set filters to return the students to assign a new advisor.
Select the individual students.
Click Update Advisors > For All.
Click Lookup to locate the new advisor.
Click Submit.
