The calendar view schedule of class meeting days is updated nightly. The nightly process updates the schedule for the semester set in Reg. Control as well as any semesters with numerical codes +/- 100 from the semester set in Reg. Control. If a change is made to a class meeting day, it will not be reflected on the calendar until the next day. To run this process manually, run Course Date Creation. |
Calendar View with Course Listing
If a course has no meeting time, such as an Asynchronous or Online course, it will not show on the Calendar view, as there is no time or day of week data to display. Campus Cafe supports displaying a list of all courses below the calendar view to show all courses, regardless of existing meeting times and days. To enable this view, Custom Control (Admin Menu → Custom Control) Parameter ID “SCHEDSTYLE” Sequence 1, Parameter 1 must be set to CAL and Sequence 1, Parameter 2 must be set to Y. The List view is bound by the search start and end dates, and the grid results are sortable based on each column. The results grid has the same search function as other grids within Campus Cafe:
