Business need
Find all students who you expect to graduate soon. Perhaps you need to email them information about Commencement or assess a graduation fee. Or you wish to identify students who have fallen behind and need their expected graduation semester updated.
Questions to consider
Do you need to consider different academic programs differently? For example, you may have undergraduate and graduate students both graduating the same semester but you need to send them different communications regarding graduation ceremonies.

Use this as a starting point. You can add fields to further narrow students returned.

Go to Filters > Students.
In All Users select ZCC Students by Expected Graduation Semester.
Click Filters.
Next to Degree Expected Grad Sem click the three horizontal lines, select a semester and click Apply.
By default, the filter excludes students on leave of absence. To include them, click next to Degree Status click the three horizontal lines, select Leave of Absence and click Apply.
Click Submit.
Other filter fields to consider
You can further narrow your results by selecting Add Fields and selecting a field. Consider adding these fields if you need to further constrain your results.
Degree Level to narrow results to an academic career such as just undergraduate or graduate students.
Degree majors to narrow the results to students enrolled in certain major(s).
Site Code to narrow the results to only those students at a specific site. Your sites may be physical such as different campuses or program-based such as a day program and a night program.
Actions to consider
You can take action with the results.
Click +Degree Audits to generate graduation audits for these students to ensure they are on track to graduate when expected.
Click +Add Fees to assess a fee like a graduation fee.
Base reports
Use this base report to show all enrolled students along with their individual class enrollments and demographic data. Unlike a filter, you can’t add additional information to this report. However, this shows all classes each student is in, unlike the saved filter.
