Considerations
Do you want all students enrolled in a course (e.g. MTH 101) or just specific sections (e.g. MTH 101, Sections 2 and 4.
Do you want to include students who withdrew or failed the course?
Start with a pre-built filter
Use this as a starting point. You can add fields to further narrow students returned.

Go to Filters > Students.
In All Users select ZCC STUDENTS IN COURSE.
Click Filters.
Next to Course Semester click the three horizontal lines, select the semester(s) when the courses were or will be offered and click Apply.
Next to Course Number click the three horizontal lines, select the course(s). You’ll choose the specific sections in the next step.
Next to Course Section click the three horizontal lines, select the section(s). These are the specific offerings of the course you selected in the previous step. If you want to see all sections, remove “Course Sections” and leave the field empty.
By default, the filter will show students who received a withdrawal grade. In Final Grade enter the grades you wish to exclude separated by commas. For example, if you don’t want to include withdrawn students and you give such students a W, enter a W. If you don’t want students with a W or F, enter W,F. Alternatively, you can click the three horizontal lines and select the grades.
If you want to see all students, remove “grades” and leave this field empty.Click Submit.
Add criteria
You can further narrow your results by selecting Add Fields, searching for the field name and selecting it.

Site Code to narrow the results to only grades given to students in a specific site. Your sites may be physical such as different campuses or program-based such as a day program and a night program.
Degree Majors to narrow the results to students enrolled in certain major(s).
Build results
You can show additional information alongside the results by selecting Column Visibility, searching for the field name and selecting it.
