Students with past academic programs (majors) and class enrollments (registrations)

While the filter will show enrolled students, it shows their current / most recent major. If you need enrolled students and their major at a specific time, use this base report.

  1. Go to Faculty/Staff > Base Reports > Students Enrolled on a Given Date.

  2. In Enrollment Determination Date select the date that students needed to be enrolled on.

  3. By selecting Show Detail as Yes the report will display individual class enrollments (registrations) for each student.

  4. Set which Sites to include and which Current Degree Statuses to include. If you’re looking for historical data, we recommended you include all statuses as a student who was enrolled in the past may have since graduated or withdrawn.

  5. Click View Report.
