About Viewing Class Schedule
The class schedule shows the courses for which the student is registered. The class schedule does not included dropped courses but may, depending on configuration, show withdrawn courses.
The schedule either appears as a list of classes or a graphical calendar depending on the class schedule format configured. Note that the list format is real time. The calendar format updates overnight.
View Class Schedule as Administrator
Permission #233 is required to access this screen.
Browse to the student's profile
Navigate to the main menu > Person Selected > Class Schedule
View Class Schedule as Student
Permission #221 is required to access this screen.
As an alternative to this path, institutions may configure the adjustable text ENTRY_PAGE to include a link to the class schedule.
Navigate to the main menu > My Info > Class Schedule
