Program Submittal

The primary purpose of this report is to summarize data for those programs that are Title IV eligible. This report can be run in Base Reports > Registrar Reports > FVT and GE Reports. Schools should report FVT/GE program-specific information to the Department on an annual basis. Institutions must provide program information for each eligible program if the program has a total of at least 30 completers over the four most recently completed award years within any group of substantially similar programs.

The key fields for this report can be found on the Major Detail page.
