About creating an admissions application for a lead

If someone submits an inquiry using Campus Cafe they now exist in your records. You can, with the proper permissions, submit an admissions application on behalf of this prospect. Using this method automatically fills in information like name and birthday about the person on the application, saving you time and improving data accuracy.

Prerequisites

• Create an admissions form.

Required permissions

Create admissions application for lead

1. Go to the prospect’s profile.

2. Go to Person Selected > Inquiry.

3. In Submit person as applicant select the admissions application.
   
   

   Open

   

4. Click Apply.

5. Complete the application questions.

6. Click Submit.
