About student class schedule format

When students, advisors or staff look at a student’s class schedule, you can choose whether they see this presented as a text list of classes or a graphical calendar.

The text list allows more information to be shown and you to control what is shown through permissions.

The view you choose is common to everyone. You can’t have a different view for, say, students vs. advisors.

The calendar view schedule of class meeting days is updated nightly. The nightly process updates the schedule for the semester set in Reg. Control as well as any semesters with numerical codes +/- 100 from the semester set in Reg. Control. If a change is made to a class meeting day, it will not be reflected on the calendar until the next day. To run this process manually, run Course Date Creation.
