Project Expense Tracking Number Entry
Campus Cafe utilizes a project expense tracking (PET) number to tie all transactions related to a specific project together. The PET number contains a three-position Project Header code, plus a one-position Project Detail code, for a final code of four total characters.
To create a new PET code, you must first create the 3-position header in Accounting → Project Headers
Then you create the Project Detail under Accounting → Project Detail
Once you've entered the Project Header and the Project Detail, you can use the newly created PET Number. In the example shown in these screenshots, this is BL2E.
