Photo image type
Institutions must set the path where the photos are stored and the type of image (.jpg, .png, etc.) with the same, case-sensitive extension.

Go to Admin > Custom Control.
Locate parameter In Search enter IMAGE_BIOSSet .
Click the pencil.
In Parameter Value 1 to “5”Set enter 5.
In Parameter Value 2 to enter the file extension inclusive of including the the period before the extension (e.g. .jpg) The file extension should must be all lowercase
Set In Parameter Value 3 to enter the folder name where you’ll upload the images or leave blank for default folder (e.g. inner-images).
Click Save.
A reboot of the server (Tomcat) is required for this change to take effect. The server reboots automatically nightly.

All photos must be in the specified format and the file name must be the student’s ID number. We recommend square images not exceeding 500 pixels wide by 500 pixels tall with a file size no larger than 3MB.
Permission 1232 is required to access this function.
Navigate to Go to Admin > Appearance & Student Photos.
Under Student Photos click Browse.
Choose one or more photos to upload.
Tip: To select multiple photos, click and hold the CTRL, SHIFT or Command key and select the photos.Click Upload photos.
