posting grades

Grades are typically entered by instructors via the course roster. They may also be entered on the enrollment history screen.

When grades can be entered is determined by a combination of registration control, grade control and permissions. What grades can be entered is controlled by the Quality Point table Points as well as if the course is configured as pass/fail.

Grade entries and changes are saved in the audit log.
