About the audit log

The audit log shows key changes to an individual's record and who completed the change. For example, if a person’s name changes, Campus Cafe records the new name and who made the change.

The audit log contains information only on audited fields; to ensure quality system performance not all fields are audited. 

A person’s profile offers a quick look at when the record was updated.

The person’s audit log offers a detailed look at when the record was updated and what changed.

In this example, on April 7, 2024, Chris Barrett changed Taylor’s information, including her high school, emergency contact’s priority and advisor.

Required permissions

Access the log

1. Go to the individual’s profile.

2. Go to Person Selected > Audit Log. You can sort by a column by clicking the column header.
