SAIG/COD Mailbox Connection Config (Beta Release)

We are excited to announce the first phase of the direct connection to the SAIG mailbox to download/import COD Response and SAS files without using EdConnect!
Benefits:

✅ Not needing to use EdConnect to download COD Response files

✅ Easily track which files have been imported/downloaded

✅ No more searching for missing origination/disbursement response files

✅ Files are archived in your database for retention and retrieval

✅ Support for importing, archiving, and re-downloading directly to your local computer

🔐 FTI-SAIG Login Account – Customer Action Steps

If you're setting up the FTI-SAIG connection, please complete the following steps within your FTI-SAIG mailbox account:

1. Log into the FTI-SAIG mailbox

URL: https://ftisaigportal.ed.gov/

2. Navigate to the “Participant” section

3. Locate and send the “Approval Code”

• Found on the right-hand side of the Participant page

• Send this code to support@campuscafesoftware.com

4. Click the “Security” tab

Open

5. Download the following files:

• FT88888.rtm (runtime file)

• tdclient.ini

6. Login into Campus Cafe and input SAIG User/Password in F/A Control

7. Send the following to Campus Cafe support:

✅ FT88888.rtm file

✅ tdclient.ini file
