Student Codes

Admissions Progress Code (Read Only): The most recent admissions status of the individual.

Application Complete (Read Only): Indicates if all required components of the application have been received.

Major (Read Only): The most recent major for which the individual applied

Degree Status (Read Only): The individual's current status. Refer to degree documentation.

Entering Semester (Read Only): The most recent semester for which the individual applied

Class Level: The individual's current academic class level. Refer to Class Level documentation.

Assumed Class Level: The individual's academic class level assuming provided the individual completes all in-progress classes. Refer to Class Level documentation.

Type of Student: Informational field to categorize individual. Group Billing may be run based on type of student. Options set using STParm SMTYCD

Extra Field 1: Informational field to capture additional information about the individual. Options set using STParm SMFLG1

Extra Field 2: Free form text box to capture additional information about the individual. 

Extra Field 3: Free form text box to capture additional information about the individual. 

Comment: Free form text box. Text entered here appears on the class registration page.

Admissions Residence Code: The individual's anticipated housing arrangement associated with the most recent application. Separate from the Resident Code on student session data.

Admissions Counselor: The assigned admissions representative for the individual

Matriculate Code: Designate a student as matriculating or non-matriculating. The National Student Clearinghouse Report will exclude any student set to Non-Matriculated if configured to exclude non-matriculating students. Campus Cafe recommends not adjusting these values as changing or adding to these values will cause significant programming, reporting and other impacts

Transfer Code: These system-defined values designate the individual's highest level of completed education. This value drives the delivered IPEDS report. Campus Cafe recommends not adjusting these values as changing or adding to these values will cause significant programming, reporting and other impacts

Continuing Ed Code: This box is populated to a Y or G if on the admissions portal config the CE code is specified as Y or G. Options may not be changed.

Admissions Part Time Code: The applicant's intended enrollment level. Campus Cafe recommends not adjusting these values as changing or adding to these values will cause significant programming, reporting and other impacts

Religious Pref: The individual's religion. Options set using STParm SBRLPR. Label “Religious Pref” may be updated by utilizing Custom Control “LABEL_RELIGIOUS_PREF”.

Student Group Code: Informational field to capture an association of the student. Options set using STParm SBGRUP

Add New School: Add a new institution to the list of institutions that can be selected by applicants or during the transfer credit posting process

Prior School: The individual's most recent school, typically the high school

Prior College: The first prior college indicated by an applicant on the application

Advisor 1: The student's primary current advisor

Advisor 2: The student's current secondary advisor
