The purpose of this page is scanning the Financial Aid Period of Enrollment File to add, change, or delete records.   This file is used in the Financial Aid Upload to determine the appropriate semester for the award, based on the code for the period of enrollment (POE).

 

  • F/A Period

    • This field is to contain the corresponding POE semester value in Powerfaids.

  • Semester (FACOMD.SEMESTER)

    • This field contains the semester in Campus Cafe that corresponds to the Period of Enrollment in Financial Aid.  The semester is the 4-position century followed by the numerical sequence of the semester.  For example, the first semester of the 2000 school year would be 200001, and the second would be 200002 etc.
